Take Care of your Remote Control
We have really advanced. We can now even watch different channels from out digital TV without having to stand up and change channels. If you haven’t realized what I am talking about it is the remote controls. These small gargets if taken care of can really make our viewing more comfortable. If you walk into any sky digital supplier, you will be issued a remote control with the purchase of the machine. It is part of the package.
Essentially, remote controls are meant to make your life easier and more comfortable. The moment you get it, ensure that you have the right batteries for it and that you have correctly put the batteries. If the batteries are not flat, there will be a red light when you press a button on the remote. That is the only way you will be sure it is working.
You could have set everything in order with your remote but it fails to control your digital satellite TV. If this happens you need to check if you have pressed the TV button and set it to sky and try again. Never let your remote control without batteries for ten or more minutes. This can make it fail to work with your TV even though it may still do with the sky.
If you can, get a universal controller and you will be set forever. You can be seated and keep navigating different channels to see which one has digital TV news. Isn’t this great?
