I subscribe to a computer tech magazine and just received the latest copy. I sat down late one night to do a little reading and discovered that my company may not have what it should to make it run smoother and faster. I read the magazine from cover to cover and took notes of what my company should upgrade. I went to the tech office and told them what I had read about. They told me that they had been asking to upgrade the system to Cat 6 Keystone jacks and to put Plasma mounts in all of the offices but had been told that everything was fine the way it was. I went to my boss and showed him my magazine and let him know that by upgrading the system, he could actually save money. He never thought of it that way. If your workers have faster equipment then they perform faster, hence making more money. The upgrades of Cat 6 Keystone jacks and plasma mounts were ordered immediately and my office was thrilled. The boss gave me the go ahead to upgrade anything else that would make him more money in the long run. I then ordered a commercial size coffee maker for the lounge.
