Used Dell Falls Into My Lap
I would rather have a used dell in my computer room than a new no name brand computer. I have heard that dell makes some of the best computers in the world. I just happen to have a used dell fall in my lap one day while at work. My boss ordered a new computer and told me that I could do whatever with the old one.
I decided to take the used dell home and have it checked out by my friend who owns a computer repair shop. He said that it was in good shape for the most part but if I wanted to make it really great then he could put one of those used poweredge servers in it and it would last a lot longer.
I agreed to have him do the work, and picked it up the next day. My kids love it and it is much faster than our old computer. Who would have thought by putting the used poweredge servers into old used dell computers you could have a very reliable computer that is fast and has tons of storage.
The new computer my boss ended up getting, was not a dell and he has had to have it serviced about four times since he gave me the used dell.
