My Son Trades Funny T Shirts
When my son came home wearing someone else’s funny t shirt, I asked him where he had gotten it. I guess that one of his friends really liked his funny t shirt and he liked his friends so they decided to trade their funny shirts for the day. I wish that they would have traded back before the end of the day but he explained that his friend ended up getting sick all over his funny t shirt so he never wants it back.
I decided to go out and buy him some other funny t shirts that would take the place of the one that he never wanted back and hopefully that would make him feel better. The mother of the other kid called me to let me know that she had cleaned my son’s t shirt and she would make sure that we got it back.
I then had to tell that mother that my son never wanted to have it back and that he has learned his lesson of trading funny shirts with people. She thought that it was funny and understood that exactly why he felt that way. My husband thought that it was the funniest story that he had ever heard when he got home that night.
