I have wanted to call up all the other managers in the tri state area and see if they are all still using the same system that we are but I am afraid to hear the answers. I think that one of my employees saw a whole new point of sale equipment system being installed in both of the Indiana stores about two months ago and I have not heard anything about us getting the same thing.

I decided to look up how much it would cost to put in a used point of sale equipment system just in case I could put in for a new system and they shot us down, I could go back and put in for a used pos equipment system and maybe they would go for that.

I got up the nerve to call the two stores in Indiana and ask them how they got new systems and they told me that there is a four year plan to replace all the stores systems, but that their system was mainly made up from used point of sale equipment, not brand new stuff like my employee thought. The conversation made me feel better about the system thing, but I still felt like I was probably one of the last stores who will receive their used pos equipment.
