They Sell Diamond Ring Settings Only
I was told by the manager that all they did was sell diamond ring settings; I would have to talk to the jeweler upstairs to find a diamond or some other precious stone to have put in it myself. I was fine with them being able to just sell diamond ring settings, since I actually had a diamond that I found in a pawn shop that could go in any size setting for a princess cut stone.
I was just a little thrown when the guy told me that I would have to go upstairs, since the name of his store was we sell diamond jewelry better, or something along those lines. I suppose that if you sell diamond jewelry better, you should maybe try and include the diamond but with a jeweler right upstairs, they help each other out.
I decided to just peak upstairs and the guy behind the counter asked me if I wanted to sell diamond jewelry. I had to inform him that I was only there to look and that I had purchased a very nice setting downstairs. He just wanted to make sure he said since he had been sent a bunch of people from the guy downstairs that only wanted to sell their diamond jewelry.
