I and my wife were planning to build a new house on our newly acquired lot somewhere outside of the big city. We try to look out for some several designs from several construction firm but all those designs doesn’t suit our taste or that it’s way too high for our budget.

One time, one of my friends called me and told me that they were having their house warming party on the week end and ask me if we would like to come over to see their newly renovated house. I told him yes and said that we would love to come over with our children. When the day for their house warming comes, we came over and were amazed by how great their house looks.

I inquire to him if where did they get those amazing house plans and he told me that there is this site on the internet that offers those amazing architectural drawings at a very low price. I said to him that this should be my lucky day as we are planning to build a new house and was on the lookout for several designs that could suit our taste.

When I got home, I checked out the site and true to my friend’s words, those designs were really great. I chatted with their sales representative and after a few days, they started the construction of our house. Now it’s nearly finish and we’re excited to move in a few days.
